    Image one in the ad shows the books encased in a box. Received the books and they were all loose. Asked for the box and the seller said “the Harry Potter books don’t come with a box” brought one from someone else, received encased in a box. Birthday gift that they didn’t get in time due to seller arguing with me. Poor customer service. EBay saved the day.
