  The extension arrived with a large crack in it. Seller claimed it happened in delivery which I doubt as it was extremely well wrapped. Then offered me a 20% refund, I said no, went up to 40%, said no, went up to 70% I said no it’s broken! Said they would send a new one. Claim that was posted on 22nd jan. Still not here on 31st jan and absolutely no word from any courier. I truly doubt the replacement has ever been sent. I wouldn’t buy from this seller again ex
