    Good quality item. Shame someone thinks it's ok to post a glass jar out in a plastic envelope with no paddding whatsoever... because it's not. Lack of protection resulted in a broken plastic lid. Two emails with photos but no response. Customer service can definitely do better.

    Deceptive seller! Avoid guys! I bought the item labelled it as new and sealed condition. What I received was far from that: the box had already been opened, and all booster packs inside were tampered with and opened as well, completely destroying the value of the product. To make matters worse, the seller had the ask if I’d accept a partial refund for a product that is now worthless. Once things are opened they have no value, I’m surprised he even have 98% good review. Absolute scam

    Item was brand new and in box once dispatched from our side. They was Full communication during the process of resolving the issue. An immediate refund was also issued once we had the item returned to us.
