The plants arrived: young plugs, strong and healthy and they quickly started growing after being potted up. Unfortunately they turned out to be pink. I contacted the seller and was given their excellent attention and assurance they were indeed Antik Violet, but turned out by a quirk of Nature to be pink This is an honest seller who wishes to satisfy their customers.

Communication, delivery and packaging first class however as sorter plants they all seemed significantly smaller than the past. I am hopeful that they will grow quickly but was a little disappointed with the size issue. Will be happy to purchase other items from them in the future based on past experiences.

Once I had contatced Newlads direct they resolved the matter quickly and to my full satisfaction. I shall certainly purchase from them again. The plants in the initial order, which oddly, is not showing on myebay, arrived well packaged and in good condition and are now progressing well.
