    I ordered a new cistern but unfortunately a part within the box was broken (looks likely at manufacture stage) I contacted Kevin on Christmas Eve, he saw my picture of the broken part and sent out a replacement, I received it on 30th December. Well pleased with the response, when things go wrong, that’s when you find out what sort of company you’re dealing with-will definitely use you again thanks
