  Delivery was not troublefree with DHL to a servicepoint, who did not send collection barcode, delaying final customer collection of delivery. The associated collection code is mandated by DHL of their servicepoints and so where they fil to send, you are stuck, and it must be obtained before attempting collection. Vendor Bazilxxx, was very helpful in obtaining the required code/barcode.
