Ordered 5 cubic feet of packing chips for £12.79. They sent about 1.5 cubic feet in a box that allowed the packing to leak in transit also. Didn't respond to messages. Then offered a partial refund of £3.79! When I declined they said there was a label I could download to return the box for a refund. There isn't as far as I can see. I have had to ask eBay to step in.

AVOID!!! Shocking service. Ordered 2 different size boxes. They were marked as dispatched on 9th April. 2 weeks later, tracking said DPD was still waiting to receive the parcels. Messaged seller but got no reply, so marked as not received through Ebay and got a refund for both items. Will not be using this seller again.
