    Order was placed on Sept. 4th and received on Sept. 9th! I was happy to see the care taken in packaging. Items were double boxed with foam and wrapped in tissue, seemingly very safe. Unfortunately, one of the glasses was broken in the box. I contacted the seller who immediately resolved the issue to my satisfaction. However unfortunate the circumstances, the experience was still pleasant and I am pleased with the transaction and the 5 beautiful glasses I received.

    Wow! This seller knows what's up!!! These were the best packaged glasses I've ever ordered! 12 Christmas glasses arrived in perfect condition (not even a scratch on them!). Each glass carefully and individually wrapped. Foam support on the bottom, cardboard dividers, plus the primary box careful nestled inside a secondary box with additional foam supports. Fantastic quality, excellent customer service, beautiful appearance, and excellent shipping value! Nicely done, Seller!
