    I ordered from the seller even though it was more expensive than other sellers because I needed it quickly. When it failed to arrive by the due date, I contacted the seller , who tried to pretend he had posted it, then said he would have one with me by Friday. That failed to happen as well. Then he said he had one and then he said it was held up in Heathrow, Then said he would refund me and send me the item. The item finally arrived but he now refuses to refund me. AVOID. AWFUL SERVICE!

    Had to return it. I assumed the picture was a generic one as the part number matched the alternator on my Classic C5, but WYSIWYG. The alternator wires and the pickup wires are only half the length they need to be and the plug on the end of the alternator wires is the wrong one. So: not for the B5 and not for the C5.
