    took a long time to arrive, nearly four weeks, I dont know whose fault it was, seller or aust.post. no communication from seller. Item was as described and competitively priced but i dont see myself buying from again

    The Sax microphone arrived and did not work at all. The seller made me record proof which I did through a 1000watt PA and uploaded the video proof. (I’ve used mics for over 40 years). They would not refund the item and used various stalling tactics and finally offered a 10% refund, then 25% to help me choose the correct item next time. Insulting! I ORDERED EXACTLY WHAT THEY ADVERTISED AND IT DID NOT WORK. I’m very disappointed but gave the seller ample time to do the right thing. Buyers beware

    Hi Kate your parcel was delivered to the wrong address, Fastway Couldn't see my address of to witch is clearly on display on my letter box and on my house, the letters and numbers are 100 mm high in clear view, just thought that I would let you know that my neighbour delivered it to me. Thank you for your quick response. Dennis
