Seller blamed Australia post but they arrived in a securely posted bubble wrap parcel! Seller refunded me the complete amount ! Very disappointed because I wanted them for a holiday they arrived way after my holiday, different shoes and completely unfixable only good for the bin. 😡Reply from: triffettdirect- Feedback replied to by seller triffettdirect.- Feedback replied to by seller triffettdirect.Damage in transit is a real issue - parcels are sent on conveyor belts to huge bins and depending where they land - can be close to the bottom with considerable weight on them. This has caused me issues with some items in the past. Bubble wrap and a plastic satchel cannot protect against excessive weight unfortunately. I did refund in full with no compensation to me so you would not be out of pocket so really this is all I could do in this case.
