  The jacket is in great shape and it looks just like the pictures. It even got here early! We're really happy with it. But here's the thing, the seller did something totally unexpected and awesome. So, I bought this coat for my daughter. She's 25 weeks pregnant. When she opened the package, there was this really sweet note congratulating her, and they even included a children's book and a stuffed animal! Can you believe that? It was so thoughtful and kind. Thank you. Highly recommend seller.

  Difficult & spiteful seller who is also a POOR SHIPPER & PACKAGER; left all-4 corners EXPOSED without any packaging material, put tray inside a box that was TOO LARGE so tray bounced around & 2 corners broke. She refuses to take responsibility; told ME to contact the PO for my refund & is hesitating sending me a retuen label. Told me "it had better arrive back to her in the manner it was shipped off" to me - how ridiculous when she knows it arrived to me BROKEN. She is not someone to buy from.
