After ordering 18 champagne flutes I got messages to let me know about delivery, which was very fast. Unfortunately, I received a mix of 3 different glasses. A quick message via ebay, got an immediate response telling me that replacement glasses were on the way. I also got instructions on how to book the free return service, which included courier collection from my home. Very often we do not realise how efficient a company is until something goes wrong.
