  I purchased 2 heart picture frames as I wanted a two sided medallion and this is what the customer adviser asked me to do as the only way to help me out.The picture of the medallions or at least as they should have been,were beautiful but when I received the item I contacted the seller immediately as the picture on one side was blurry and didnt look as described.I ve been reasured I ll be send another picture which never happened - this way over £600 wasted ,what a shame , deeply disappointed.
