    Nice value-for-money driver set. Backed up with great customer service. Somehow the original pack of 4 drivers had slipped thru the packing net and arrived - fully sealed - with one missing. IKR? Go figure. Berlin tools were fantastic to put that right very quickly. Simple, apologetic, prompt messaging when I raised the issue and a replacement driver put in the post the same day and delivered a couple days later. Brilliant, hassle-free solution.

I paid at 13:35 on Friday, but not shipped until Monday & delivered on Wednesday. Berlin 60mm shutter padlock, with 3 keys. Item is brand new & in un-opened, original retail packaging, as listed. The padlock is OK, but I bought this item ( not the cheapest ) because it offered same day despatch. As this did not happen, I am disappointed by this level of service.
