  The delivery of the mats was delayed due to issues with the materials. I was contacted quickly and given all options from subsitutes, cancelling or waiting. I decided to wait. The communication was in the main OK it did lack co-ordination though. The mats are ok given the cost. They are decently made and will do the job. Not as thick as I expected and the rubber smell is very strong! I'm planning to wait a few days before I put them in the car. Overall happy with the purchase and the seller.

  Terrible service, customer service & communication. Item never arrived on estimated date, and wasn’t even dispatched on the estimated date. Multiple message sent to buyer asking for updates, explanation and new estimated date of arrival and was completely ignored, still not heard a single thing. Waiting outcome of requested refund. Don’t use this buyer

  Slightly miffed as the picture shows 4 matts but only 2 front were delivered so not sure if this is an oversight or a misleading picture. the 2 matts delivered are of good quality.
