    No fault of the seller, but this item was returned by the receiving collection point due to its size being too big even though they were listed as a collection point. Communication with the seller was ok and a full refund was returned right away

    I asked the seller THREE times for the tracking information and eventually got it. The tracking wasn't on the "purchases" page or anywhere else so I could not track the item until I got it. Word of advice for anyone buying this bin.. Once you receive it, remove the handles if you don't need them and your bin bags should fit better, and you can still use the lid perfecly well. I use black bags and they don't fit with the handles in the way. The price I paid was decent and I recommend the item.

    Package arrived with package open. I was concerned parts may be missing. Courier informed me he had photographed the opened package anything missing get on to them. On checking all fixings were missing. Informed eBay of missing parts. I was requested to send photo of package as delivered. On receipt of photo they would proceed with supplying missing fixings. I did not know how to facilitate photo. After much inconvenience I managed to send photo. In doubt to use seller via eBay again.

    Just as described. Well packed. Arrived safely. My husband loves lighthouses and this is exactly like the one in our holiday cottage. He loved it so much I had to buy him the same for Christmas. Can't wait to see it lit up!
