i have face a very bad situation , i habe paid totally the full amount and i choose the free delivery to my home with late 10 days, but after 10 days i was surprised that i have to pay 14 € extra fees and to go to take the items from another place also far away 10 klm from my home , i contact the seller and i have no answer untill now that they will refund the money. so they are a very bad company , dont buy from them.

The item sold was not the item advertised. The label is different to that advertised. The one advertised was the label for the floss that was the old style that worked. The one received is the new floss that does not work. I have tried to contact the seller twice and have had no response.
