    Good service, though item may have been opned at some time as there was fingerprints over the controls, despite 'brand new' in the description, I have cleaned the unit. Hope it is ok as it is a gift. Delivery was delayed, Royal Mail & e-Bay sent a message that read 'Delivery attempted', very misleading, no attempt was made. The message should have said unable to attempt delivery - probably as a result of the recent weather. Sometimes you've got to accept this and move on.

    My feedback is not positive. I placed the order and cancelled it as soon as the app allowed, that was about 15min after placing the order. I doubt the order had already been picked and/or packed and even if that was the case, mistakes can happen, my order was a mistake. Not happy at all with my order not being cancelled.
