  Original despatch of the book from Australia was delayed and I had to chase it up when it didn't arrive. The seller apologised and offered a refund but I opted to wait. The missing book was then sturdily packed, speedily despatched, and arrived quickly and in pristine condition so I am happy I waited. Though they got off to a bad start, the seller redeemed themselves and I would buy from them again.

  Communication Prior to Buying was Responsive and Quick. However, having been Reassured that My Order would be Delivered by 'Local Postal Service', it Arrived by Private Courier. The Delivery itself took 25 Days to Arrive. Although it was Delivered before the Estimated Delivery Date, Locally Based Orders Shouldn't have to Take So Long to be Delivered. The New Item Arrived in Excellent Condition as Described. A Satisfying Buy at a Great Value Price but CS Advice Should've been More Reliable.

  Great quality Italian travel guide with all the information we need. The book is brand new, exactly as described & good value for money. Not sure why the expected date of delivery was about 3 weeks away as it was being sent from within the UK, however the book arrived earlier than stated & was very well packaged.

  Did receive the item, delivery was slow, well packaged, seller communicated quickly, however, the tracking number provided was very long, about 30 characters and couldn't be used to track it. Asked the seller how to track with it. Seller never answered the question... but did inform me it had been shipped and in the way... overall happy that I received it in good condition
