The item was described as an active antenna, I received a passive antenna which is not the item featured and of less value. I messaged the seller who offered to send out the correct item but after a week nothing had been dispatched. I then asked through eBay to return the item, I was given a return address which was not recognised by the UK postal service due to Chinese characters. I asked for a return address label which was refused. I have asked for a refund which has also been refused.

Description was not very accurate but once you understood what you were buying the product carrired out it was supposed to do. I was expecting to get something for nothing and suffered the consequences. The product is not a charging case but the silicone covering case. the seller was quite happy to refund the money for the confusion. i should have been alerted to the price of the product being 1 /12th of the charging case.
