  This seller kept in constant communication with me when it became evident that UPS had delivered the rug to the wrong address. I commend him for his patience and professionalism while we got it all sorted out. In addition he sells the most beautiful carpets and rugs!   I ordered a custom-sized rug (8x8 feet). While it was created and shipped quickly, unfortunately the design did not match the listing - the colors were all much darker and one was completely different (red instead of pink), so the rug does not match my color scheme as expected. I did try contacting the seller regarding the issue but they were unable/unwilling to provide any assistance. Adding photos to show the difference between the listing and the final product

  Hello, The rug is gorgeous! I love it! It matches the black velvet furniture, the paint color, the circular shape mirror, round shelving, and pink accessories in the room.
