We are here for anyone affected by cancer at any stage, from diagnosis and treatment, to life beyond cancer.

We are a local, people-first charity, committed to working collectively to provide outstanding cancer support when and where people need it, now and for the future. Call our free support line on 0800 092 7640 (Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm).

Big C has four established Cancer Support Centres in Norfolk, providing a bedrock of support, information, complementary therapies, tea, biscuits and a listening ear to many thousands of people affected by cancer, often when they are attending hospital appointments, or during treatment.

    Big C belies the convention of giving 5 stars for merely acceptable service, as it gives no room to quantify the excellence of my experience with them. I ordered on the Saturday before a bank holiday and got the shipping notification first thing on Tuesday, and the bag itself, thanks to Royal Mail, on Wednesday. Not only was it exactly as the detailed photos had shown, but had been freshly conditioned and carefully packed, plastic-free. I would give 10 stars if I could.
