  Shipped via Evri who failed to deliver. I asked them to reship with a different courier. They asked me to cancel order, get refund then reorder (and they would ship with a different courier)which I did. They've now blocked me from ordering from them. I understand Evri are unreliable (so don't use them) but don't lie to customers.
