  The wooden jewellery box is in very good condition and has been well looked after with minor restoration required on the velvet lining. The photos in the listing shows this as being cream almost white on the outside with the description stating it is cream/beige but it is more like a cream to natural wood colour. The item was packaged well and arrived without any damages. Communication with the seller is limited but good.

  I bought this mug to replace one that had been a birthday gift and had been in the dishwasher! I love the design and yes there will be fizz in it to celebrate my father's 90th birthday soon! i cant fault the seller, the communication was excellent, keeping me up to date date when the mug had been dispatched. And it was so well packed - it arrived in perfect condition. Many thanks.

  Extremely well packed but was not as described. The rim of the glass was chipped and a spo of black was missing on the base. I shall be returning it for a refund. Very disappointed to have this hassle. Dealer was very quick to refund me and apologise for not noticing the flaws, and said to dispose of it as I wish rather than return it. His first response was to offer to send another one but this had a faded letter. This was a very disappointing buying experience.

  I am sorry that you felt the need to leave negative feedback as I dealt with this issue as promptly as I possibly could. I sent my apologies and immediately issued a full refund without the need to return the offending item. It would be nice if you could take the time to re-think the service that you received and adjust the damaging negative feedback?
