Purchased this heavy duty airer a couple of weeks ago. Item arrived in a damaged package (photo attached) without any manual/ instructions on how to set it up and also with the parts littered inside the box. Seemed as if a returned order was hurridly shipped to me without checking the item and its components properly. Very disappointed with the item and the seller. Does not even deserve a one star.
