  Speakers arrived on time and were well packaged, they came almost as described, some slight damage had occurred in transit, reached out to seller and they offered a partial refund almost immediately. Really happy with the rest of the speakers and elsewise all work correctly. Thanks!

  Item damaged in transit but seller immediately sent a replacement - Excellent customer service! Would recommend seller to others. Item ordered was a replacement sub-visor - it was packed wrapped in layer of bubble-wrap, then cardboard, then black wrap - must have been squashed/bent in transit causing the mirror in the visor to smash. I sent a photo to the seller and they agreed to send replacement which came a few days later.
