  SCAM seller. Avoid at all costs. Sent completely different taps, cheap, flimsy, and nothing like the pictures. The ones advertised looked high-quality, but what arrived was a light brass-coloured piece of junk with different handles and a cheap feel. I had to send it back at my own cost to mainland China—more than the £200 I originally paid. The seller has ignored all messages, offering no help or resolution. A complete waste of time and money. Save yourself the hassle. Ebay won't help.

  Hello friend, the handle you mentioned is different because the manufacturer has upgraded it. The light brass color you mentioned is because the brushed gold is light brass color. We didn't reply to you in a timely manner, it was because you sent the message during our New Year holiday, so we didn't reply in a timely manner. Later, we processed a full refund for you and didn't ask you to return the goods. Therefore, the fact that you spent more money to return the goods doesn't exist.

  The product took a long to arrive (from China?) It was wobbly on the wall so the seller sent two more screws. After a week or so black marks appeared on the product (a shower gel holder) and the seller promptly refunded the whole price. The product is rubbish but the seller is good.
