Sofa arrived delivery men broke my radiator cover and sofa has all thread pieces hanging off and not good stiching. Sofa is not comfortable and rock hard. Customers can also track delivery via our system. We always get logistics to take satisfaction signature from customers which come back as OK and no damage. We also get in touch with customers after delivery as we believe that is when customer service begins. We use blue foam and not white cheap foam we can use soft sink in foam on request.
