    The seller was extremely helpful but there was a balls up with the courier and didn't pay too much attention to the fragile sticker on parcel because it was dropped over the top off my 6ft gate lucky enough my granddaughters birthday present wasn't damaged thanks to good packaging from seller.

    im so glad it got to you, i think it traveled around the UK first. and that was with Royal Mail, i have had no issues with Evri, i might just start using them as a default, as this is the 2nd time that Royal Mail Has messed an order, up so happy you got it eventually. ,
