Unfortunately due to a combination of the supplier not properly packaging my order and the poor handling by the parcel delivery company resulted in the box with my order arriving half open. The items I ordered were half in and half out of the box. Thankfully the supplier acknowledged they should have used more sealing tape and now have my photos to talk through with their delivery agent. The supplier did ask if all my items had been received.
