    The seller shipped quickly and carrier delivered quickly. The package was well packed in bubble wrap bag and thick inner layer. New item, completely new bits. The appearance of the packaging was worn, but it was not for gifting so no big deal. There appeared to be no oxidization on the bits, even the drill bits, which are hardened steel Pricing was good, for the number of bits in the package. Thank you !! I will shop with Perry’s Tools again in the future, this is a well run business !
