Welcome to the amazing world of toys :)
*bluebell*toys* is a new project for our family run business, designated to make little dreams come true and make kids happy :)
Encouraged with a huge success of our other projects over 15 years time, we've decided to write another chapter in our book ...
Although this is a new story, our priorities will stay the same as always been - to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Therefore we are honest in our auctions - any faults ( if any ) are pointed in description, toys are posted clean and ready to play, toys are tested before being listed and before being posted once again just in case.
We are proud of providing great customer service - that's the key point: be honest and helpful, treat the others as you wish to be treated - pretty simple things.
If any problems happen we are happy to find a resolution - just please notify us about it.
We always try to post the items the same day if possible, if not - next day.
