    Awful customer service. Wrong colour leggings sent. Contacted the seller and they then messaged once a day at 7am even though I replied to their messages instantly. Found out on Thursday that they will not send replacement until they received the incorrect ones back. This will mean I receive the replacements too late for the dance show they’re needed for. Have had to go else where now to get the correct colour. Really disappointed.

    I bought three of these & live in Portugal so the items were posted via global shipping which I had not used fo a long time. The seller responded quickly to my question on when it was sent to globlal shipping & the only problem I had was the lack of updates from global,shipping such as the carriier & tracking details which was not at all the sellers fault, I mention it for others buying from abroad. The items were as described & I recieved them through Portugal national post which was perfect.

    It was a long journey but we got there in the end. I ordered 4 jumpers in blue and they were marked as dispatched. The next day I was told there was a problem and they were faulty...choose from other colours or a refund. Communication was not the speediest!!! But eventually, the seller responded and sent the jumpers by special delivery. So, at the end of the day, very happy 😊
