This guy must be a genius, because he fixed my 2017 Mercedes gle 350 Comand Head unit in a day and shipped it to me immediately. It is installed and working perfectly! Best solution for head unit that constantly reboots. I don't like paying sales tax on services, it should only apply to goods. I doubt the seller has any control over this as I believe it to be ebay policy. Stated 2-3 days turnaround, which is when shipping label was created. Does not look like it was shipped for another 2 days. Not a big deal, but just be upfront and say it takes 5 days. Overall, would recommend despite my gripes.

This service lived 100% to my expectations, which was to fix my stereo. My CCC was received and checked out OK, meaning the problem was elsewhere. Bavlogic replaced vulnerable components on the motherboard, retested, and returned to me. Then, they got on the phone and helped me trouble shoot the issue, which was with the satellite device - turns out they are daisy chained and a fault with one causes a fault with all. They supplied a fiber optic jumper and I was able to bypass. Perfect!
