  Got this item within a couple of days of purchasing. It was packaged properly, with extra bubble wrap and "fragile" tap around it, however, some of the plates were broken by the courier. I messaged the seller and we very quickly agreed to a full refund and they were compensated by the courier. Replies very quickly and is considerate.
