  The plant arrived super quick, there was a dent in the box , but nothing major. As I unwrapped the packaging I started to notice soil everywhere. The root had broken but was still attached. I’ve spoken to the seller who has tried helping with everything. Can’t fault them. It’s a great little plant and I would use the sell again .

  The item halogen oven arrived with several missing parts including the extender ring, baking tray and spare bulb when I contacted the seller to send me the parts they said they couldn't send me them and could not refund me for the missing parts and told me the dispriction was wrongly advertised so I would not buy from this seller because I they offered me was a refund which I would get until they receive the item back and was checked below is you should have gotten but I didn't get them

Unfortunately, we couldn't magically create the missing parts, so we offered the standard solution—a full refund upon return. It’s unfortunate that receiving a refund in exchange for returning the item is such a deal-breaker for you. Wishing you better luck with future purchases.
