    Absolutely atrocious experience. Purchased a "NEW" item, when it arrived there was no security tab on it (as all ezviz items do), took the doorbell out of the box only to find it already charged (they don't come ready charged) where the charging port is there was some sticky residue on it. I brought the issue up with the seller, and guess what, denied everything. I returned it the same day as receiving it, but no refund was forthcoming. I had to contact ebay to resolve the issue. BEWARE EVERYONE
