  It’s over 2wks that I made my order and have been reaching out to the seller and they have never responded back and still my items have not been shipped. Worst customer service service I have had on here up to date. No communication at all and once I asked for a refund since the items have t been even shipped they declined the cancellation for being too late when I been asking them when will I get a tracking number or when. Will the items be shipped and delivered. stay away from this seller !!!!

  This order was to be delivered by April 3, 2025. I got notification that a label had been printed from USPS but package was never received by them. On April 10th I emailed seller requesting refund as I never received my order. I received an email from EBay stating my refund was on its way on April 26th.

  Maracas are a month late and the tracking is the original link that only shows it's shipped and then no movement for over two weeks. The seller, after a few days only responded that the USPS is late and no solution and used the same broken tracking link to no where. I will file a claim soon if no resolution is reached thru eBay and my bank. I will update here as well.
