The seller responded immediately to my report of this, offering either a 30% price discount or replacement. As I really wanted the item I opted for a replacement and the seller emailed me a prepaid return label (excellent service) once they received the return they sent a new replacement, received within a few days. Excellent customer service, pleased with my purchase the seller did great.👍
