    Tester arrived with flat battery's, seller offered a £1.50 refund, but as new battery's cost £3. I declined. Seller offered a full refund and I was to keep the tester. Very positive remedial action from this seller, hence the + feedback. It is so nice (and getting rarer on ebay) to find a seller who doesn't mess about or offer up excuses and on that basis, I would recommend this seller
