Order number 13-12272-98484 I received this today without the bottoms gland or trims. Also missing is the gold inlay or paint trim. Totaly dissatisfied refund or send the right items as shown on the E-Bay site. After no answer from your part I will comment on E-Bay and believe me it will not be pretty. Also syas it's glass it's not only plastic. DO NOT BUY

we checked with your picture ,here not with missing part,it's fixed on the shade, you can see it easy through the glass shade, and you said it's plastic and not glass ,you can test it by yourself,but we won't resend for the replacement,because we can 100% sure our lamp shade is finish glass ,not plastic, we don't know what do you want at last, a lamps seller too?
