Poor packing and poor communication... Item arrived damaged.. I have been asked to mend on my own.. and they are not responsible for damage..I request for a bubble wrap or a box.. they are much worried about the delivery guy safety...as the earring srud might hurt him while in transit.. which make non sense attaching the copy of their reply...... If you want to buy from this seller be prepared for broken or disfigured items as they have priority concern over delivery guy than the customer...
