    Item was as described and excellent value. It was exceptionally well packaged and the postage was spot on. Only disappointment was when contacting the seller - the message went to HQ and not the specific shop. As a result HQ informed me the item was confirmed as being dispatched on a date that was in the future? It was disappointing to have to correct this and chase the item…however I won’t be too harsh as this is a charity. But would certainly recommend the charity tightens up on processes 🙏🏻

    BHF, brilliant charity, but comms are dire, you send message, get auto response, replies are not returned1 Then you pay through the nose for next day delivery and it takes 3 days! Not worth it BHF. Packaging is not the best and shoes may seem tough, but care should be taken when packing stilettoes!!! However, shoes are in better than described condition, but again, vendors only put up 2 or 3 pictures, could do better and give a greater indication of item. Great charity, need to take more care!
