    The “Pearl” on the ring had popped off during shipping and turned out to be fake anyway (confirmed by 5 different jewellers now), when I informed the seller they asked that I give them the info for jewellers I spoke to so that they could call them (strange?), said every single one has lied to me and was incredibly rude to me. I would never ever do business with this seller ever again, if they weren’t so very rude I wouldn’t have given a poor review.

    I apologised for the inconvenience of the pearl coming away from the ring in transit and offered a replacement or refund. You claim the item was not hallmarked (925) I sent you an image of the hallmark to prove that the ring is solid sterling silver. The pearl is also real freshwater pearl. The jewellers you visited did not say the pearl was fake or it was not silver. My emails have been polite throughout and all you had to do was return for a refund or replacement.
