They sent me the wrong item, after informing them it was wrong they replied and said the item wasn't from them. I sent pics of the packaging and A4 info sheet with their details on. I finally received a returns label after asking Ebay to step in. I was supposed to get a refund but i haven't seen it yet. Unless its gone back on my credit card without me seeing it. Very disappointing experience from a dodgy seller! Zero communication skills. They made a simple problem difficult and painful!

I was trying to select a negative feedback but you have to wait seven days , I think that so wrong as I was sent a normal gel screen protector and I ordered a privacy one and I paid £9 +pp ,as you can see I have attached two photo of the in two side angles and you can still see what's on the screen of the phone ,seems to me as it could be a genuine mistake or just a scam ,so be careful buyers.

This seller is a scam. Sent me the rubbish protector which was not according to the description. And refused to refund my money as well. Would never buy anything from this seller. Do not buy anything people. This seller is a big "Scam"

We do not tolerate such behaviour where customers make false claims and demand a refund! You are taking photos of a privacy screen protector claiming it doesn't work. Privacy protectors only work through the naked eye, not through a phone's camera where brightness can be adjusted! We will report you to eBay and make sure we do not cave into bullies like you who want to make false claims and get a freebie.

Patiently waited over 2 weeks for delivery, however the finger sensor does not work as advertised with this screen or as per enclosed instructions. Have tried to make contact but yet to receive any response, otherwise FB would have been different. Very disappointing having paid £10 for a screen protector
