  Received usps flat rate envelope that had been torn open and the contents were gone (heavy bearing). The bearing was free to move within the envelope ( poorly packaged). Sent photo of the damaged and empty envelope but has refused to send a replacement bearing or refund my money. This seller is one to steer clear

  The picture you sent showed the corner of an envelope and I asked you 2 times to send me a picture of the entire envelope showing my label and you never did. How am I supposed to know that was even my envelope. I would have been happy to refund or send another if you had just sent a picture of the whole envelope so I would know it was the package I sent and I could file a claim. Also, a flat rate envelope is how I have mailed every bearing I have sold and never had a problem before.
