  I’ve given these a positive rating due to the seller sorting out a partial refund. The boots are fine for the price. The problem is that they are dispatched in a thin plastic bag and no protection so they get totally squished and ruined in the post. Seller gave a partial refund and was quick to respond.

  Lovely boots but they come up small in the actual length of the boot. Well made and good quality. Arrived quickly and a good price. Had to return them because of being too small and received a refund. I would recommend this seller and the boots would advise to go up a size when ordering.

  Boot was missing the tag very tatty, loose cotton. I contacted to seller who checked to see if they had anymore and they said no. They offered me a refund, but not received. I was advised to initiate the refund online which I did. Threw away boots and can’t wear them on that state. Still mo refund. When asked where refund was they said I needed to return after telling me I only had to initiate the refund. Not happy. Worse services. No boots and no money. Very bad experience.
