    Phenomenal customer service, I realized Monday that one of Hubby’s ribbons had a flaw, we needed it replaced fast (Daughter’s wedding is this Saturday), I messaged Rob, asking if it were possible to pay for priority shipping, he replied he would get it right out “Prioroty” but would not send and invoice until we received the ribbon on time, upon notifying him I received it, he refused to take payment offerered it as a wedding gift; God Bless him; he sure deserves our business.

    Everything came neatly package and wrapped in Ziploc bags to keep it safe. Everything was as described in the pictures. I didn't realize some of the items were post Soviet Union/early Russian federation papers but that's my fault for not noticing.
