  Terrible - avoid at all costs. Purchased a brand new boxed Video Doorbell Elite and it doesn’t work as is faulty and seller not replacing / refunding me as it’s out of the 14 day return period. Didn’t get round to testing / attempted installation of product until after 14 days as was on holiday. Now stuck with a ‘brand new boxed’ product that doesn’t work and £229.99 lost. EBay also not interested in helping as I didn’t report issue until after 30 days…
